My favourite memory was when my now 6 year old son met his sister for the first time . From the moment he laid eyes on her he was in love with her and has protected her ever since. That’s when I knew my family was complete ?

Has to be the birth of my son. My husband and I waited 6 long years to have a baby and when I saw him he was just perfect. It was the best family memory for me that i will always treasure in my heart.

Having a son born with Spina Bifida watching him take his first steps was an unforgettable memory for us as a family and one that still gets me teary, particularly as we were told he many never walk. Now watching him run, climb and jump around wildly as a five year old each day (so much energy!!) reminds us daily how lucky we are. Raff loves AFL since we moved to Melbourne and his team is the Hawks so he would be thrilled to win such an exciting prize.
Stacey says
Well I hope he has a wonderful time running around the MCG! congrats, you’ve won the prize x

I always love Christmas morning. Seeing the pure joy when the kids open their presents is only outdone by the looks on their faces when they see all the ‘reindeer’ poop on the driveway! Thanks to Grandma’s sheep. 🙂

My favourite family memory. Is going to Waverley Park to watch the hawks with my dad and brother. Then onto the stamford for a drink where i was chosen to draw the raffle. One lady gave me $5 for pulling her nane out twice. Was the best day ever as a 7yr old.

One of my favourite family memories is when we had our first family trip to Launceston to watch Hawthorn vs Fremantle in 2016. We stayed at Holiday Inn and went to training on the friday afternoon. We walked to the staudium on saturday to watch the game. Then we spent sunday exploring Launceston together and went on a river cruise. It was a great time away with the kids aged 4 and 7.
Melissa Du says
Oops they were 4 and 7 at the time on the trip. They ate now 5 and 8.

When I fell pregnant for the fourth time my three sons were desperate for a sister. We chose not to find out what we were having, expecting another boy to add to our brood! Much to all of our surprise our daughter Olivia arrived instead! The moment we told our boys they finally had our sister was the best of our lives so far!

My best memory is the day I become a mum for the first time. Followed being blessed further with a second baby 4 years later.
I never thought I could be so blessed being called a mum . But one day before my 29th b’day, I got blessed with my first baby .
When I thought I couldn’t be blessed further, my daughter, now 18 gave birth to my first grand child just 10 weeks ago.
And I’m loving it even more better being a nannie .
Lol
My family is growing and nothing better than seeing my family grow.

Yes, hard to choose just one but I have very fond memories of being 6 years old and running wild and free (and nude) on Squeaky Beach at Wilsons Prom with my family. My husband and I recently took our two sons (Hawks mad and ages 6 and 7) camping at Wilsons Prom and they did the same thing! There’s something pretty special and magical about Squeaky Beach 🙂
Edwina says
Favourite family memory is our first camping trip in a national park,
Seeing the kids exploring and playing in the environment with no nagging to go here or there. Bliss.

Just watching the pure innocence of a child,in their eyes, is purely a money can’t experiences. My children learning Soo much on a daily basis & the privilege to witness every moment with them. Parenthood is simply a ‘words cannot describe’ honour with providing & engaging in their lives. It would be amazing to be able to share in activities with your children, their mum & grandparent(s), together.. 🙂

My favourite family memory sounds cliche but would have to be the birth of both my little monkeys. Seeing them, holding them and even smelling that wonderful baby smell for the first time is just magical! Its a life event I will never forget and will always cherish.

My family memory would have to be growing up in Bougainville Island.. Magic..
But my own family memory is most of the park times that we have when the kids (5 and 18 months) are in their elements… Loving life.. the great outdoors…. so very special.

My family memory would have to be most of the childhood experiences growing up in Bougainvillle island.. magic..
