Whatever the reason, I am truly, honestly stoked to be part of this upcoming event at the fabulous Abbotsford Convent on Thursday 27th June, where your humble narrator will be joining environmental campaigner and non-profit founder Jimmy Stanton-Cooke AKA Jimmy Halfcut (a man on a mission to save the world with his beard); director, photographer, videographer and dancer Claudia Sangiorgi Dalimore, who – along with Michelle Grace Hunder – created and directed the powerful Her Sound, Her Story documentary, and tsuno founder Roslyn Campbell, who created a social enterprise sanitary protection brand that’s helping to empower women and girls around the world ??????
There’ll also be goodie bags (including a book for everyone from Murdoch Books), tasty treats from Shokuiku, refreshments from Remedy Drinks and a glass of wine from Yealands on arrival because yes please ?
It’s very. special to be MC for these incredible speakers from the pages of Peppermint and beyond who are making a difference in the world. I’m pretty sure if I’m ever going to be inspired and uplifted, it will be by this lot.
